Brothers Dave and Steve Parratt are 2 of Alton's finest.

For every men's home league and cup match, they rope off the pitch, put the post protectors in place, and display the sponsors' banners.  With the help of others, they also put the equipment away after the game

Whilst Dave and Steve have been doing this very necessary task for more years than I care to remember, Dave has unfortunately just had a serious operation and will not be fit enough for the foreseeable future.  Steve therefore needs help - the job takes about an hour in the morning, and 20 minutes after the game.
