We are delighted to hear that one of our U16s, Joe Gwyther, was one of 4 Hampshire players to make it through to the divisional squad that will take part in the England Schools Festival at Broadstreet near Coventry over the weekend of 10-12 February. At the festival they will play against divisional sides from the Midlands and North.

Hampshire U16s have had a very successful season with victories over Bucks, Herts and Sussex. An amazing eleven Hampshire players were selected for the trials and no less than 4 have made it through the final trial - two from Winchester, one from Gosport & Fareham, and our own Joe Gwyther of Amery Hill School and Alton RFC.

Our congratulations go to Joe, his family and the entire U16 squad who will all be bursting with pride to hear this news.
