As part of our strategy for improved interaction with ARFC members we have implemented a secure online area for you to keep your personal details up to date, pay your annual membership fees and access a variety of other services ranging from information on insurance to downloading the international ticket ballot form.

It is hoped that this method will significantly improve the Club’s ability to process memberships and reduce the amount of administrative time required. More importantly however, this information can be used on a weekly basis for team and club management, further reducing the amount of work our team captains and managers have to do each week.

To login and start using the new system, click on the ‘login’ button at the top of the page.

Forgotten password?

Your login details will be the same as those used last season. If you do not have a record of these, you can simply reset your password by clicking on the ‘Forgotten password’ link at the top of the page. Follow the instructions you receive in the subsequent email then return to the Club website to login.

If your no longer have a record of your username, please contact the Membership Secretary for advice.

Check your details

Once you are logged in, click on ‘Members Details’ in the left hand navigation. Ensure all your details in the form are correct and enter any missing information if applicable. Once complete, ensure you have checked the ‘Member Consent’ box and click the ‘Save data’ button at the bottom of the form.

Pay for your membership

All members wishing to play, coach or referee at Alton RFC this coming year need to renew their membership by the 30th September 2014. Follow these steps to make a payment:

  1. Login to the Members Area as described above
  2. Click on ‘Payment Details' in in the left hand navigation
  3. Check your membership type and then click on the ‘Pay via PayPal’ button and follow the instructions 4. Once done, you should receive an email from PayPal confirming your transaction

Please note

You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay your membership fees. Your membership type has been automatically calculated from last season and your fees are based on this.

If you believe your membership type is incorrect, please email the Membership Secretary and we can change it for you before you make a payment.
