The London Division RFU has voted in favour of bringing in rolling substititions in all London Division and Snows Group senior Hampshire Leagues for the 2012/13 season as a one-year experiment.

Clubs will be allowed a maximum of three replacements rotating a maximum of eight times.  The official league regulations will be updated in due course.

These regulations will not apply in the Hampshire Merit Tables, however.
