London Irish are holding a nutritional seminar at Alton RFC on Thursday 24th April from 19.00 to 20.00. This is primarily targeting adult and older youth players but all interested members are welcome to attend.

The seminar will educate players on nutrition and supplements and delivered by London Irish in conjunction with Kinetica.

There will be an opportunity to taste nutritional supplements specifically designed for athletic performance.
