A barbeque lunch will be held prior to the 1st XV home fixture on 11 September with members of the Exec saying a big thank you by serving the invited guests themselves! Look out for invites coming through the post and please RSVP asap to chairmen Dave and Winston so that we can get the catering numbers somewhere near right.

This club only operates due to the time and effort put in by volunteers, it is right and fitting that the club should recognise those efforts with a gesture of thanks to each and every one of the volunteers throughout the club. The Exec have asked Team Managers of each Junior age group in addition to colts, and Seniors to ensure that a fully inclusive list of volunteers has been drawn up.

It may surprise you to learn that over 150 individuals will be sent invites - that's a huge number of people putting in their time and effort, from as little as one or two hours per season helping out in the kitchen or bar to many hours per week as coaches, referees, team managers etc.
