Since its founding in the 1924/5 season Alton RFC has seen many stages of development. However, the 70's, 80's and particularly the 90's have seen the greatest changes brining us growth and success beyond our greatest hopes.

It is with heartfelt belief of all the members of Alton RFC that we have an outstanding array of facilities to offer players of all ages, standards and from both sexes. The range of teams goes from Under 6's to Vets (over 35's) the youngest playing member of our club is 5 and the eldest 60! In addition we believe that we offer followers and supporters of rugby a friendly and convivial atmosphere in which to socialise.

In our efforts to continue to provide the best facilities and opportunities for the players, members and supporters of Alton RFC, we are seeking to attract a number of commercial organisations as major sponsors for the coming season.
