All sponsors are welcome and we have a number of opportunities available. It is envisaged a major sponsor should be purchasing a combination of packages to a value in excess of £2000. Alton Rugby Club will provide the sponsors with the opportunity for international tickets and expose their company name to hundreds of individuals across the area.

There is opportunity to meet members of the club, the players, committee and other sponsors in a relaxed and friendly environment. Sponsors will be encouraged to attend matches and other social events organised by the Club and will be kept up to date with Club activities.

There are a number of opportunities and these have been broken down into affordable packages to allow the to select those most suited to their situation. These also give opportunities to involve the staff of the sponsor and generate a corporate benefit beyond that of just the sales and promotional aspects.

Alton RFC is allocated tickets by the RFU for home fixtures at Twickenham. Like most clubs some of these tickets have been allocated as an opportunity for sponsorship but this must be conducted within the guidelines set out by the RFU. A donation to the club must be made and then tickets are guaranteed but must be purchased at face value. These tickets cannot be sold on and it is the responsibility of the sponsor to ensure this does not happen.

Tickets for Twickenham are traditionally very difficult to obtain so through this opportunity you have the chance to obtain tickets and entertain clients or enjoy the game with friends and family. There is only a limited amount available so get access to that marketing/entertainment budget and act quickly.

Fixture Booklet - A booklet is issued to all club members (senior and junior) and this offers an opportunity to place an advertisement for your business. There is also a wallet size list this year and we have an opportunity for one sponsor to place an image on this.

Cost: £100 for a full page.

Match Day Programmes - Alton 1st XV will be playing 9 home league fixtures next season and for each an A5 booklet programme will be available. You can place your advertisment in here for the following price.

Match Day Banner - At each home league fixture banners are placed around the pitch and to show your company name in this way carries a cost of £100 plus the cost of production of the banner (£150), this then becomes your banner and can be used in other areas of your business.
