Alton MiniMidi squads were well represented at the annual Havant Festival on Sunday 19th April 2009. This well organised annual event attracts clubs from far and wide and provides an opportunity for our squads to play clubs from outside our immediate area.

Alton had a particularly successful festival day with the squad results as follows:

• Under 7 Runners up in the Shield Competition (second overall).
• Under 8 Won the Plate Competition
• Under 9 Won the Plate Competition
• Under 10 Runners up in the Shield Competition (second overall)
• Under 11 Won the Plate Competition
• Under 12 Progressed to the Plate Competition

In addition, Alton also won the Kukri Club Cup for overall achievements in the Plate Competition.
