Alton U9s' development side to the Hampshire tournament last weekend and came away with some silverware for their efforts - they ended up as joint winners of the Plate competition.

A largely inexperienced side lost their first three games narrowly but recovered to win their fourth; and with a strong squad at their disposal, the young Altonians earned their spurs with winners' medals in the secondary tournament.
