In order to play rugby, coach others to play, be insured or to enjoy the hospitality of the clubhouse you must first be a member of Alton Rugby Football Club Ltd.

coaches should select the Non-Playing Membership type 'Junior / Mini Coach', unless they are already a
'Full Playing' member

Colts are
classified as U19's and not at University
Students are classified as
19+ and in full time education i.e. University
General Notes
Cheques should be made payable to Alton Rugby Club
for seniors and Alton Junior Rugby for juniors.
Associate members do not have insurance for
playing/coaching and do not have voting rights.
New players registered with other clubs must inform
the Membership Secretary immediately. Failure to do so may result in the member
being ineligible to play league rugby.
Members over the age of 18 will be required to assist with bar duties
from time to time.
Notes for Womens’ Rugby
All female players must be registered with the R.F.U.W. and should include their address, telephone number and date of birth as well as an £11 fee per season.
Notes for Junior Rugby
For Junior playing members new to Alton RFC, 2 passport or digital photographs will be required to complete RFU registration. On receipt of this form, photographs and appropriate remittance, your child will be registered with the RFU and 2 identity cards issued to the squad manager.
The bar and kitchen are fundamental to the financial and social base of the club and to the hospitality we offer to visiting clubs. It is a registration requirement that an adult family member helps in at least one bar duty and one kitchen duty per season.
