1. Training on Thursday is OFF ….unless you hear from me between now & then. Alton council have cancelled training tonight & it’s unlikely that the ground will recover before Thursday.

2. Tour: Payment: Please would you pay another installment of £50 per player (& adult helper) by 25th January. The balance for the accommodation needs paying by then, along with a refundable damage deposit of £350. Most of you should now have a payment card. Those who haven’t, please see me.
If you’re accompanying the lads on tour, you’ll be paying the same as the players (~£250) and if you haven’t paid a £50 deposit yet, please do so with the next installment.
Feel free to pay  off a bit every week/month but would you please email/text me to let me know that you’ve transferred some money so that I can update my records. Thanks.
The tour is slowly taking shape but I do need some help with the organization. In particular, the fundraising side of things. Please let me know if you can help in any way. If you have a fundraising idea & are happy to run with it, just go for it!
Persimmon have kindly agreed to sponsor the tour polo shirts. Nice one!
We still need funds for: all the activities, white shirts for number 1’s with club logo (again for the whole squad) etc…remember the more we raise the less we pay!

3. Raffle tickets: I have a further batch to sell. If we sell all those we’ve got 1000 tickets we’ll make £500 for our squad, £400 for the club & £100 for the RFU

4. Lost property: Please have a look in your kit bags for the following items : a school sock (with label Marcus Eden-Haigh); a gum shield (white/clear & dentist moulded) belonging to Ed McKenzie; a medium size waterproof top with no mane- Charlie Conduct. Theo has 2 pairs of training trousers: sizes XLB and adult XS (? Ben E/ Lewis J-A). If anyone took home a match shirt by mistake (like my son) please wash it & bring it along on Sunday!
5. Sunday’s fixture is at Havant & is on at the moment. Usual times, car sharing, number ones etc. Please see details on website.

6. U13 Kitchen duty on 27th Jan: please see previous email for details & If you haven't done one yet this season, please contact me asap with your offer of help- either on 27th Jan or for our final Feb duty (see fixtures for details)
