Well done the the 7's squad for an excellent display at New Milton on Sunday. We reached the Cup final after winning all 3 group games - Bournemouth, Andover and Lytchett Minster - and a semi final over Dorchester. Even though we lost the final to a very good Basingstoke side, the tournament was a great success and hugely enjoyable.

On Sunday we have a Development fixture against League 2 side Ellingham & Ringwood. They narrowly missed out on promotion to League Division 1 so will be excellent, testing opposition for the lads. As many as possible 1st XV'ers will be rested to give the squad some much needed game time. Regrettably we've not been able to get as many Development fixtures as we'd have liked since the big freezes either side of Christmas and half term cancellations meanth that we lost 7 scheduled fixtures.
