The week ahead w/c 14 November
Well done to all who played and supported at Petersfield yesterday. A tight game, the same 5 point winning margin as last season and perhaps more relief than exhiliration but the win was really needed and I was proud of everyone who took part. Coming from behind first 15-0 and then 26-19 to take the 26-31 win showed a tremendous amount of character and guts.
Next Sunday is a coaching session and we'd to get everyone out so we can play a 15-a-side coached game. We might get a late fixture but we could really do with working on a couple of things.
We've played some tough fixtures so far, no point making it easy for you! ;) Despite that we've amassed quite a few scores, see the table below. What's most pleasing in all this is to see that no less than 17 players in a 30 player squad have scored tries. That's impressive and testament to the style of our play.
