Well done to all 22 players for putting a great shift in at Effingham.

After a couple of weeks lost to the frost it was an exhausting but enjoyable run out at Surrey 2 high flyers Effingham.

Their A team showed the value of real competition at the ruck and their backs displayed some awesome power in their direct running. We picked up well against the B's, and with our own rotation of players. A few knocks and bruises, but great to blow the cobwebs out and get those lungs and leg muscles bursting.

This week we need good attendance at traiing to ready ourselves for the next League match, v Winchester on Sunday week.
