Please note: Thursday training is cancelled tomorrow (31st Oct) due to half term & concurrent rugby camps.
The U14s next fixture is at Reading Abbey on Sunday 3rd November. Kick off is 10.30am. Please arrive for 9.45am.
This will be a 3-way fixture with Guildfordians RFC & matches of 15 mins each way will be played against both sides. All squad players should attend if available. All will play some part in the fixture.

Good effort today lads- much better than our navigation skills to get you there. Many thanks to Fawley for hosting today- & for laying on the sunshine. All of the Alton U14 squad wish Fawley player, Jamie a very speedy recovery from his injury. I'll post more photos soon-either on dropbox or via the facebook group but here's a taster...

Well, the new season is finally here & the lads are raring to go- especially those who attended Theo's brilliant (but brutal!) pre-season sessions.
A few players have hung up their boots this season: thank you Elliott, Robbie & Ben for all your efforts for the squad over many seasons. You're always very welcome to pop in & see us all at Anstey Park!
We're also saying "goodbye" to Nick, who (due to other family commitments) will not be coaching the squad this season. Many of the lads have been coached by Nick since the U6 age group & we wish him all the best. Thanks for all your hard work Nick- much appreciated!
We have a coaching session tomorrow (Sunday 15th) followed by an away fixture at Farnborough the Sunday after. Mid week training will continue on a Thursday- currently at 6pm-7.30pm to make good use of the remaining light. Times may change to 6.30-8pm over the next few weeks.
Kit- wise: The squad will be purchasing match shorts (& hopefully, socks) sponsored by Fabrik in the very near future. Please respond asap (to my email) requesting sizes etc.
If any of you have picked up match shirt numbers 7 or 9, please do let me know. I'll be getting the spare shirts numbered soon & don't want duplicates if at all possible!
The squad is always on the look-out for new players- so please encourage any interested mates to come along to a Thursday or Sunday training session soon! :)
